With a Master of Public Affairs from the IUPUI O’Neil School of Public and Environmental Affairs and a focus in nonprofit management, Sidney pairs her understanding of the nonprofit sector with creativity, strategy, and outstanding writing skills to create successful grant proposals. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Sociology from Western Kentucky University. Sidney comes to Hedges after five years as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, and Grants Program Manager at Coburn Place.
An accomplished grants professional, Sidney finds joy in connecting with organizations and finding ways to uplift communities through grant writing. Sidney loves learning new things and meeting new people, collecting and using new information about organizations and the community, and utilizing her skills to develop grant proposals that leverage funds and create lasting impact. As a true team player, Sidney is known as a reliable problem solver and one who you can always depend on for help and support.

In her free time, Sidney enjoys going thrifting and trying new recipes. She lives in Southern Broad Ripple with her husband and cat.
